Volunteer guides who are passionate about the stories surrounding St Laurence’s, art and interiors and love making people feel at home would be welcome. Are you a natural at sales or someone who loves meeting new people? We would love someone to increase our membership. This boosts our funds so we can continue our work. We can promise a very rewarding role within a much loved local charity which makes a real difference to the lives of the community. St Laurence’s Church is situated in the centre of Chorley. It is believed that there has been a Church on that site since Anglo Saxon times. St Laurence’s is a unique link with the past providing a vital sense of continuity and local identity.
