The Friends

The aims and objectives of the Friends of St Laurence as set out in the constitution are as follows:
  • To raise funds for the care and maintenance of the buildings and facilities of St Laurence Church Chorley;
  • To promote the use of the church buildings as a community asset for use by local affinity groups and other appropriate organisations;
  • To support our fellow citizens;
  • To celebrate the history and traditions of our town; and
  • To maintain and develop the oldest building in Chorley for the benefit of all​.
